We strive to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. Below is our policy for books sold through this website.
Physical Books
Eligibility: Items must be in new, resalable condition (unread, unmarked, and with no damage). Original packaging and receipt/order confirmation are required.
Timeframe: Returns accepted within **30 days** of delivery date.
Refund Process: Full refund (including original shipping costs if the return is due to our error) issued to your original payment method. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
Exceptions: Personalized, signed, or special-order books are non-returnable.
Digital Products (eBooks, PDFs, Companion Bible Studies, etc.)
– Digital items are non-refundable once downloaded, accessed, or activated, as they cannot be returned.
Exceptions: Refunds may be issued within **7 days** of purchase in cases of technical issues (e.g., file corruption or inability to download/access) or accidental duplicate purchases. Contact us promptly with details.
– No refunds for “change of mind” after access has begun.
General Terms

Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving/approving the return, though it may take longer to appear on your statement.
